“God fucked you, my friend”

So here we are, at the end of book two. Before reading either of these, the reviews I found seemed that out of the whole series these were the two least liked books. Why, idk. These books have plenty of action, killing and that page turning fury king instills in his work. Was it 100% perfect, no. But it sets up the beginning of a great series.

We start with Roland where we left him in Book one. On the beach near death without a clue of what’s next. But with ka guiding him we know he will figure it out. When Roland finds the first door that’s when things get going. The story of Eddie Dean, in my opinion the best part of the book. A lot of questions, action and Roland kicking ass the way only the last gunslinger can. Being the drawing of three, Roland find two their doors. What could be behind them? When will be behind them? Only ka knows..
