Begrudgingly, I love this — kind of fascinating the way Silver grapples with being in the scene he writes an ethnography of. It’s half The Taming of Chance for the 21st century, half Meet Me In The Bathroom for guys who regularly gamble in excess of $10k. A good hang, but maybe an untrustworthy one.
