I'll admit that I knew who the villain was, and I'll even admit that the plot was pretty straightforward.
But see, the thing is, I don't care. The book just captivated me. It's the characters, the banter between them that had me laugh out loud in surprise more than a few times... the book just sucks me in.
Have already started the next, because I just can't put the series down...

First 2 chapters is a recap of the last book. I loved how they added the growth of their relationship in this book but I just didn’t feel it between Knox and Harper here. I get it she gets the black diamond but still don’t believe it’s love and not just the fate connection
