After a very powerful experience with a medium friend of mine, Julie Templeton, I decided to read. Julia recommended it to me, and I was definitely not disappointed. The theories Sylvia shares, which were of course not her theories but her reality, really made me think. It certainly makes you realize that things do happen for a reason, but not only that, you choose them to happen for a reason. So this isn't a book just about contacting your spirit guide, but about understanding the path you are on in this life and afterwards. Very thought provoking. And honestly, to me, very reassuring.

This book wasn't bad, but it said some different things than what I have read previously, and didn't resonate with me as much as the other books did.
