I'm wordless.

I was not expecting it! Not even expecting to enjoy this series so much.

This is so much much better than the previous book! The characters develop in an interesting way. To be honest I'm not loving the end of this book, the Mary story line....I'll leave the spoilers out but I didn't see that coming and honestly don't like it...

I am still thinking of what to write as review. And well lets just face it, I can't.

The book is too much of a rollercoaster to write a good review. Also all the spoilers and things that are happening in this book. I had at least one point where I was surprised, I didn't expect that to happen and I am highly curious as to how it will be worked out in the next book.

And then that cliffhanger of doom and despair. Gah, I hate it when books do that, and you have to wait for a few years for the next book. :(

Let me just tell you all, if you read the first book, read this book NOW. If you haven't read the first book, I would suggest you pick up the series and start!

This is total teenage drama, and I'm well past that in age, but I still find the writing really compelling.

I love audiobooks with multiple narrators – especially when the book has multiple perspectives. It prevents me from getting confused, but each speaker also adds a different personality to their character. Fire with Fire had an awesome twist towards the end. For the most part, I definitely did not see it coming. Despite the awesome plot twist, I’m still not a fan of the book. I found the revenge plot to be really childish and petty and mean. It’s not my kind of contemporary read, so I’m not sure if I will continue on with the series.
