The style of Asmiov isn't as apparent in this title as in the other I have read. Perhaps because this story centers on a handful of individuals and not on ideas or technology, or a mighty civilization, like the others. But its a great short story nonetheless.

And the twist at the end. Classic Asimov.

A cutting satire from Mr Isaac Asimov. Asimov shifts perspective every 2-3 pages, from one race to another, sympathizing with each, as creatures from two different worlds make their first alien contact. The concept of youth is just a little overstated in this story, but it makes good points nonetheless.

A great short story by one of Science Fiction's grandmasters. This book is a must-read for anyone that enjoys the genre.

'It wasn't the bomb that defeated us, but our own shell shock.'

Fear of Nuclear War is mixed with visitors from another world in this sweet little story, that is also my first experience reading Asimov.

Pleasant, not what I expected and in the best way left me wanting more.

One of the few stories Asimov wrote about aliens, so you think it might be one of his less interesting, more straightforward stories. How I was surprised! Several times my expectations got subverted. An original and engaging tale.

Two young boys gets to take care of some very unusual pets, aliens. A short story. Ended to fast for my liking but felt finished anywho. Have read a few of Isaac Asimov works here and there but want to delve more into his works sooner rather then later!
