Too anecdotal and fluffy, not enough substance.

I'm not the target audience but for a time I did go on a sprint of reading self-help books and this is one I picked up.  It's all about how we can maximize productivity and achieve more.  The author sources his material from findings in behavioral economics and psychology and tells anecdotes from very productive people like CEOs, four-star generals, airplane pilots, etc.   Quite fun read.

Lots of great ideas for how to improve (many of which actually seem achievable). I especially enjoyed the information about what makes teams work most effectively.

Really interesting ideas. Probably could listen to this a few times to get more out of it. Or read it instead of listen to it.

Liked it. Interesting and inspirational stories. I enjoyed it but wishes for some concrete steps that would help me apply the lessons to my own life. Also, I concur with other reviews that his first book (The Power of Habit) is better.
