Classic James Bond. Somewhat dated in views on race and sensuality, but otherwise entertaining and slightly ludicrous. What more do you want from 007?

It’s Bond! Goldfinger is one of the best Bond books. It’s no From Russia With Love or Casino Royale, but it’s still pretty great.

The book which inspired one of the best bond films. Nearly seventy years later after it was written there are some passages which are now deeply racist and homophonic (what else do you expect from a Bond book) but if you can get past them the story of gold smuggling is really good - dare I say better than the film?
