I really loved the start of this and then towards the end/middle it was just a bit meh. I really loved Emma and Preston together but I think Emma had found herself more before she went to find herself.

I can’t believe the Black Tie series is over! What a way to end it though. I loved this book so much! It might my favorite one of the entire series.
I loved Emma from day one. She was always loud and funny. Always down for a good time. Even though Emma seemed to be happy she felt like her life was a mess. At 25 she had no idea what she wanted out of life. I can really relate to that as I’m sure a lot of people can. It’s scary to not have it all figured out when everyone around you seems to. So a summer in the Hamptons sounds like the way for Emma to find her self.
Insert Preston Rhodes…Gah I instantly fell in love with him! He’s the perfect mix of grumpy and broody. The banter was some of the best between these two! Not to mention the spice! Whew, who knew under the preppy football persona there would be a dirty talking man. The spa chapters will forever be on a loop in my brain.
I loved their instant chemistry, you could feel it throughout the book. The last 20 percent had me crying! I loved that Emma recognized that in order to fully love Preston she needed to love herself first.
The growth Emma goes through in this book is amazing. The way Preston loves her and understands what Emma needs is beautiful.
Let’s not forget Grams! I loved loved loved her! She was so precious. I cheered when she got up to her meddling ways.
Thank you thank you Kat for giving me a chance to ARC read this! I can’t wait to see what you come out with next.

My favorite of the series, though wow, I'm exhausted with rich people and rich people problems.
These books all made me think about how there's no such thing as an ethical billionaire. Probably not the opinion one needs going into this series.
These were quick reads.
