I’ve been on a big rereading binge these last couple months, and this series is one I’ve been revisiting. 

I won’t go too much into the plot of this book, given that it’s a sequel, but I will say that there are aspects about this book that I liked and aspects I didn’t. 

I really enjoyed the added aspect of the Searchers, it was an interesting thing to explore. However, I really don’t like the three main characters, Calla, Shay and Ren. To be honest, I find them irritating and infuriating. 

Overall, I think this series is kind of mediocre, in my opinion, but I have been enjoying the reread!
