Seeing as it’s a science/ psychology book, I won’t rate it. Instead, I’ll say it presented solid information (if a bit outdated now as it came out in 2019 for a few ideas presented) about the topic outlined on the cover.
It offered great insight into the complex operations of the brain that someone with no psychology background can easily grasp.
The authors brought in a variety in f studies and sources to give a well rounded presentation.

The first half of this book is amazing and super interesting! The second half is less compelling, but it does have some interesting (simplified) insight in how different people think differently.
