this book is such an informative book especially for someone who loves tea, it described the history, the process of each tea, the tea ceremony in different countries, the tea brewers, they also include a few recipes to make a few special drinks with tea as the ingredient. we also can read the benefit of each tea to human health.

Tea is one of my favourite things, so I was looking forward to reading this book. While there was some good parts to this book, I found a lot of it dry. Yes, maybe this book is just presenting facts, but I believe it could have been done in a much more polished way. There were errors throughout that anyone could notice, unless tea is special and has exceptions. I learned a bit, but not a lot from this book. There were only a handful of chapters I enjoyed. The idea of tea experiments is fun, so I may tag that, but other than that, I'd easily pass. If you want a more engaging book about tea, read Infused by Henrietta Lovell.
