«Willow Talks Books» is a YouTube channel featuring book recommendations that span a wide range of genres. Often, they include gems that you won't find just about anywhere. Fiction in translation, fiction by queer writers, fiction by and about women, fiction by indie publishers …


While the idea for this challenge came up in Willow's Discord for her patreons last year, everybody is more than welcome to join! Willow graciously allowed me to do a challenge on Storygraph.

What is the challenge? It's simple: Just pick books that Willow has recommended or talked about, either on YouTube or her website «Books and Bao» (or anywhere else, really). There is no time limit, there are no prompts. Willow talks books, and we read said books. That's it. 

If you prefer to read in a language other than English, translations of relevant novels are welcome!
