Time and Time Again by Ben Elton

4.0

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Time Travel is one of my favorite subjects. I have read many books in this category, and this is now one of my favorites.

I enjoyed the premise behind it because it's a question that people ask all the time, "What would you do if you could go back and change history? As the book progresses, some of what happens is similar to other books on the same topic within time travel, but I saw nothing wrong with that, and I think most time travel readers while either.

There are twists even before the ending that are quite good. One of them was on my mind as a possibility in the 25% of the book, but I had forgotten it until it was revealed, so it was quite an "Aha!" moment for me. The ending itself is compelling, beautifully written, I did not see it coming, and something that I stopped to think about for a while after I had to read the last page.

If this type of subject matter interests you, I highly recommend picking up this book and reading it. It's a very quick read, at least it was for me.
