A sweet friendship story with practical advice for kids (except, perhaps, for the part about hugs, as asking for permission to hug didn't feature). I particularly liked it for stories, because I could come up with actions for each rule that the kids could act along with. Kraken's beautifully illustrated features also gave us an opportunity to discuss how Kraken was feeling and what they saw in the picture that led the kids to those conclusions.
