I loved this book on making your own soaps! I've been looking into doing more things from home instead of purchasing mass produced bottles. I like that the origins are gone over and not just the methods. It even talks of the safety issues. I really liked the parts about scenting and coloring your soaps and how you can even make a business out of it! The book says the art part takes a lot of practice, but that sounds fun to me, to try out different patterns and shapes. In addition to all of this, there are some great recipes for different kinds of soaps and shampoos!
