I NEED THE SECOND BOOK NOWWWW. i love how this book takes the mulan story and makes it its own. i also *surprisingly* enjoy how you could nail down who is the true villain or hero and how everyone belongs in this gray area. it makes the book a lot more compelling and more fun to dissect. i can’t wait for the next book cuz that ending 😮
