i feel the same way i felt about the first book. now i just know more about what’s going on. i wish we got a bit more romance building. this series relies on the magic too much rather than showing us them getting closer. the men don’t like each other so i wish we focused on them liking each other more as well. it’s so passive. even gilbert and rins relationship is very passive. actually phoebes relationships all seem very meh and passive.

also rin is part of harem now i guess. my wish is niko and gil get together but it’s doesn’t seem like they will.
