Love Letters to the Dead by Ava Dellaira

3.0

This was my favorite book when I was in my „I‘m not like other girls“ phase. Reading it again now, I can totally see why. It has some meaningful bits and pieces for a young audience, but overall it is a bit sloppily written, taking into account that the main character is not a young child, and comes off as quite pretentious at times.
Still, I think three stars are fair for the nostalgic value and because I do think teenagers might get something out of it that I now don‘t see anymore.
