A phenomenal ending to the story! I really enjoyed this, from beginning to end. I enjoyed the inclusion of Elm's point of view, as well as his and Ione's storyline and their private quest in the middle of the bigger plot. The book didn't completely blow me away in the way I was anticipating, but I did cry at the end, so there's that! Definitely recommend this duology.
