🚨 This is not a review. It’s a list of plot events to help me remember the story. Spoilers abound! 🚨

Remi: Raised in a group home; Works at coffee house — her boss is terribly mean and calls her pathetic and lazy
Smith: Older; workaholic; wants to provide perfect life for his pack; super uptight, demanding
Cassian: NHL player; Numb to emotions; depressed; grew up in group home bc Smith was too young to adopt him
Damon: NFL player; grew up sleeping on friend’s couches; dyslexic; doesn’t think he has anything to offer except football

They all join Forever Match, a company that uses science to find matches btw Omegas and Alphas
Remi, Damon, and Cassian realize they are scent matches
Remi and Cassian recognize each other from the group home, where they fell in puppy love with each other (they watch the sunrise together everyday; he gave her his sweatshirt and, when she smelled it, became an Omega and was taken out it the house; kept the sweatshirt for years)
Smith walked in and she realized he was the guy who verbally abused her at work and she ran away terrified
Smith goes to her apartment to talk to her and realizes it’s unsafe and practically forces her to move into their house
She forms strong bonds with Cassian and Damon
Feels the need to work to so they won’t leave her (bc she was never chosen to be adopted, she doesn’t feel like she’s good enough - exacerbated by Smith “hating” her)
She cooks every night and leaves him dinner in the oven (plus her underwear which he wears as a pocket square); cleans and finishes the house renovations
Smith actually joins a class on how to be a good Alpha to an Omega and starts to woo Remi
Heat > Bonding > Feelings/Emotions > HEA
