Kane and Isabella were GIVING in this book!!

Kane was such a broody and damaged man, so seeing him soften and open up to dainty Isabella had me swooning!! Add in a dog and I was absolutely sold. Kane was quite the man with a past and it honestly so sad to hear what hardened him so much throughout life. He had a lot to unpack, but seeing Isabella get through to him was so fun. Isabella was not without her own past. She dedicated her life to dancing ballet and she unintentionally tied her worth to it, so when she had a career-ending injury she was desperate to start again in a new place.

The patience and heart that Isabella had throughout the book in every situation truly made me so so happy! I loved seeing her grow to be independent and try new things. The growth in both of these characters was so well done and amazing to see.  Their connection was unmatched and I felt their feelings for each other throughout the whole book.

I did feel a bit incomplete on some storylines and I do wish we got a bit more peaks of the characters from previous books in the series, but it also made a lot of sense why we didn't based on the characters we followed. All in all, another amazing book in the Fight Game series and I loved it! Cannot wait for more.
