What I Liked:
  • Literally everything about this book. It was equal parts sad, hilarious, inspiring, and heartbreaking.
  • This book was HILARIOUS. Like, I read it mostly at work and had to stifle laughter so many times.
  • Some cool representation that you don't often see in books.
  • I LOVED how this book did not center itself around a love interest. It was purely about familial (chosen and given) love and Patrick's coming to find himself.
  • There was SO much good life advice given in this book, but it never felt forced or cliche.

You Should Read if You Like:
  • This book is honestly so unique, but if you're a fan of Christina Lauren books, you'll probably like this one.
