The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang
5.0
4.5 stars
When I first read this novel I honestly wasn't too sure how I felt about it. The writing was simple and easy to follow and the story was lead by some really intelligent, funny characters who just wanted to learn how to love. While the plot is nothing special in the romance genre I think Helen used her platform incredibly well. Our Heroine, Stella is Autistic, which is something that the author Helen found out a few years ago and I found it very refreshing to see Autism being represented in a true way. Stella dealt with things a lot differently than someone without Autism would but I think what I most appreciated about this romance was how the Hero didn't see Stella as less than because of her Autism. Overall, I'd recommend anyone who loves a feel-good romance to pick this up. It will not disappoint!
