This is one of the most thrilling, dramatic murder mysteries type novels I've read. I'd heard that the resolution of the mystery is particularly genius, though I mostly found the denouement a bit disappointing. This could very well be because so many many other stories have been based on the locked room format (among other detective story elements) that they have lost their punch? Idk. Still, a very enjoyable read.
