I loved this book! I got to listen to it as an audiobook and the chef himself read it!! And it in itself added to the experience!! As someone who had been in the industry  for half my own career, this was just so enjoyable to listen too because I got it! It certainly pulled at my heartstrings to hear his story knowing he was no longer with us. But what an life of unique experiences!
