Some niggling annoyances with words used incorrectly, but the story pulled me along effectively and I mostly enjoyed the ride. There is a little bit of multi-POV, but the vast majority is from Bailey’s perspective. The cliffhanger and the estimated next book date of May 2025 wasn’t fun, but Bookhalla, right?
