Meet Me on Love Lane, Volume 2 by Nina Bocci
4.0
I thoroughly enjoyed this book (which is why I gave it a 4 out of 5), it was a lovely read with an easily flowing story. However, I feel there were far too many unanswered questions....
What did Charlotte do to get fired and blacklisted?
Why did her mother hate the town so much?
Did she get all of her memories back?
Did she and her father mend their relationship?
I was disappointed that there wasn't a big moment where something happened that allowed all of Charlotte's memories to come flooding back. The story sort of just tapered off, and everything was left "all good" in the end. I guess I was just wanting more depth go finish off the book to go along with the great story.
