The Bullet Journal Method: Track the Past, Order the Present, Design the Future by Ryder Carroll

5.0

When I got this book, I was expecting it to go into depth about the different parts of the bullet journal but I got so much more. I was not expecting a full on self help section with examples on how to use the bullet journal to examine your life.

I was one of the people drawn into the bullet journal community because of all the pretty spreads I saw online, but I’m also not particularly artsy myself. I definitely have struggled to keep up with my bullet journal over the years because it feels like a chore. I do like the opportunity to practice lettering in quotes and headers, but otherwise I’ve kept this year pretty minimal, and will be incorporating a lot of what I read in this book as well to make it work for me more.
