Wanted to love it. Came for book 2 because of the cliff hanger on the first. It was fine. There was lots of smut, but it was repetitive and the use of cream/creamed was so aggressive that I would get knocked out of it. There wasn't much development in any kind of story line and the author just sort of leaves the exbf storyline wiggling around in the wind. I'm not interested enough to read the next book to find out if that gets cleaned up. Alana was cute but felt flat as a character. It was nice seeing Alejandro warm up to her.
