DNF at 260 pages. That was super disappointing. This book's world building is cool and had so much potential. The characters had interesting backstories and there was a nice fantasy element. I didn't really care much for the romance in the first place, but then the author made it total instalove and it did not make sense for the circumstances at all. Nobody falls in love with someone in a few days and if there is any form of infatuation there better be some kind of mating bond explanation of some sort for it.
