Harmony Haun delightfully retells the story of Beauty and the Beast through the story of Bella and Alex.
Bella sadly agreed to date Gabriel. But he is nothing but trouble. Trouble leads Bella into the forest far away from home, at night and she ends up hurt. Alex hears her scream and goes to investigate. That's how the story starts.
The Author provides a dual Point of View - something I happen to like. We get to see the inner workings of two different individuals. Both Bella and Alex are instantly attracted to the other. Alex know be should send Bella away. But he can't bring himself to do so. Bella knows she should go back home but she wants to stay at the castle. It's safer. Plus that Library.
So, will Alex make Bella leave like he really should or will Bella leave like she should?
