I don't know what's wrong with me but I just feel like rating all the books I read when I was in 8th grade or so. This was my first real novel actually. I'd read only kid stuff from libraries before this;books that we got from the school library.
Funny story of how I read this book: I was bored and there was nothing on the TV that could keep me interested so I just started going through my cousin's books and stuff. I came across this and opened a random chapter and started reading it. The chapter I opened had a scene where a guy and a girl have sex or are going to have sex. I don't really remember. So being the kid that I was, I said, "Hey, it's like an adult book and I should read something that is not meant for my age."
And so I ended up reading the entire book, starting from that chapter. I didn't bother reading the starting I don't know how many chapters.
What I really remember now is that I thought Sidney Sheldon was a female and was surprised to find out otherwise when I read his other book years later. I was such a dork. *shakes head*
I don't remember much of the plot but I remember I liked it. So for the old time me's sake, I'll rate it 3.5.
