Yumi's Cells by Lee Dong-Gun
5.0
What a fantastic series. I really enjoyed the gradual evolution of this comic's artwork and how it coincided (whether intentional or not) with the growth of Yumi as an individual. Lee is able to nail down the very real feelings involved in developing relationships, in breaking up, in finding oneself, and where we fit in the world.
I related so hard with Yumi. I honestly didn't realize the author was a man until after season 1 of the series haha. I was surprised. Anyway, I definitely recommend it even if it's a long read.
Also, the cells are hilarious.
