Samuel Eaton's Day: A Day in the Life of a Pilgrim Boy by Kate Waters

4.0

I read this book in the early nineties as an elementary school student and just rediscovered it at the Library. I remember it fondly. I love that the book uses real people from the time the book was written to demonstrate what life was like for a settler in the late 1600s. I also like that information is included about the real Samuel Eaton as well as the boy who pretended to be him for the photographs.
