My first rating way back was too harsh. This book wasn't as good as the first one but there were moments that are integral to percabeth's relationship and to their character development.

I personally loved the scene with Annabeth frantically wanting to go to the sirens and Percy saving her. It was one of the turning points of their friendship. It's also funny reliving the moment when Percy was turned into a hamster. Honestly, now that I'm older and as someone who hates men, Circe actually has a point. LMAO.
