I read this for the buzzwordathon - the only book on my entire owned and unowned TBR with the word 'like' in the title.
Something I was not super expecting was to love this as much as I did - I don't really know why now I think about it. But oh my goodness this was fantastic! Loved the characters and their families and dynamics my god! Evan being a blacksmith - fucking perfection!
I even forgive the epilogue for making Ruth be pregnant because let's be real - Ruth and Evan would make amazing parents and they deserve the world (also it was only the epilogue and the pregnancy part wasn't really the main focus )
