Oliver is the most precious book boyfriend ever, im so used to experienced guy x inexperienced girl that this was a refreshing switch, it was a well-handled topic and I appreciate the author not making Oliver this childlike wonder who has O knowledge the whole time and instead handled his trauma, navigated the outside world with grace rather than anger etc because if I was abducted and lied to for 22 years I would be so vengeful at the world.
Onto Ms. Sydney, my girl was so in love with her bestie and never forgot him after 22 years. I can't remember my bestie from 10 years ago much less 20+ #soulmates. I truly hope Travis burns in hell. poor clem especially in all of this, I hope she heals. I have no memory of crying this much @ a book. The trauma was handled well by the plot twist. just BRAVO to miss Jennifer Hartmann. Also, Lotus being their initials flipped = brilliant
