Knight of the Goddess (Blood of a Fae #4) Briar Boleyn

Thank you to NetGalley and the Author for allowing me to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review of the fourth and final book in this Blood of a Fae series

This high fantasy romance retelling of Camelot, Morgan Le Fay (not as a witch, but fae), King Arthur, Merlin, and the infamous mythical Sword, the Spear, and the Grail.
A continuation and final book in this story following Morgan and her mate Draven have the hardest battle yet and it takes the lives of many they love and respect left in its wake. This rendition is so much more than the tales I've read over the years or depicted in television or movies.  The characters are more complex, and their paths intertwine with them to help them achieve their goals and protect their lands, people, and families.  I was swept away by their love story, the path that led them back to each other, and the mission they were destined to complete. This book took me the longest to read because it was the last and I knew it would be over once I was done. I thoroughly enjoyed this rendition and loved the addition of fae.  It made sense to include them since magic was part of the story so why not have more magical creatures?

For those who love Arthurian tales and spice (because it's filled with spice), this series should be on top of your TBR.
