Warning, this is a very very DARK book with very heavy subject matter. That being said, I enjoyed this half of Anna’s story, in terms of the writing and the storyline. This story is tragic and very horrifying. Anna is a character I fully wanted to grab and hold tight. I wanted nothing but the best outcome for her and just really needed her to persevere. The fact that she remains this perfect little human through all this story has given and taken from her makes me have faith in Act Two.
Marissa Honeycutt is a very talented writer and I want more Anna. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
