I loved this book.

The idea behind this book is genius. It is a love story set during WW1, but it is told through the eyes of Aphrodite and other Greek Gods. I loved reading about how the gods and goddesses interacted with the characters. How they influenced the characters actions and thoughts was so much fun to read. This concept was so amazing.

The human characters were also so diverse and compelling. I loved reading their story and I might have teared up a couple of times while reading.

I would read so many stories like this.
