This series really does get better and better. If you are a romance + fantasy human, you will really enjoy these books. The romantasy is heavy, but I think the author has done a great job in keeping the plot present and active around all of the romance. Enemies to lovers? SIGN ME UP. Ari and Saga are a dream and I don't even like blond men, so that is saying something. Saga has been hurt so much and I thought the author did a great job showing what happened, but in a tasteful way and Ari has also been through a lot of traumatic shit that was so sad. I love their banter and the push and pull of their relationship. I will say the path of the book is very obvious, but I don't mind that at all because this isn't a thriller or mystery and because the characters, the world building, it is all done really well. Very easy to understand and I just can't say enough. okay byyyeeeeee
