Okay. You know when the author throws you for a loop, and its so good. Except now youre mad at characters, and yelling at the book, and all in your feels? Yeah this is what I experienced with this book. I spent the entire book becoming so attached to who the characters are, and their stories for the book to just gut me at the ending! Love the book. So very good! Much better than I expected!

This Fantasy Romance is a captivating read. The romance in this book is a slow burn, with tons of angst. The book does have some spice that is mildly descriptive. The book moves at a quick pace following Jovie (Brynn) and Acker as they travel to Kenta. As Jovie learns who she is, things start to heat up between her and Acker. All seems to be going to plan, until it isnt. The exciting world in this book is full of magic, war, betrayal, secrets, romance and tension never letting you lose interest. This book will enthrall you from start to finish.
