Interesting discourse...*drumroll* which is why we should encourage more young Black Women to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics based careers and education, so that they can analyze and alter the shortcomings faced in fields that are primarily populated by (older) White Men, and thus spearhead, pioneer and architect solutions that benefit those affected by marginalization and lack of representation.

Notably, there has been progress since this book was first published (5 years ago - 2018), so, one might assume, we're currently headed in the right direction.
