Alexander & Maven: These Two Were Made for Each Other!- 5 Stars!

This book was absolutely amazing! January Rayne knocked this one out the part as she introduced us to her Shallow Cove series.

The Monreaux family are a family of vampires that were hunted by wolves. Bitten, Alexander and his brother Atreyu lapsed into a coma and are unable to wake until their tomb is opened by their bloodmate. Alexander's spirit awakens when a woman buys the property almost 200 years later. The woman is named Maven and she is the descendent of the original coven witch, and Alexander's bloodmate. The journey these two take together is beautiful! With Alexander waking after 191 years of slumber and Maven coming into her magic, we see these two characters grow and develop into something nothing short of phenomenal! My interest in this story just grew more as I read along. There is plenty of smexy stuff but the plot is really what drew me in. I cannot wait to read the remainder of this series!

With so many characters, this book series has the potential to spin off into more books. I cannot wait to see what else Ms. Rayne has in store for this series!
