This was the first time I read manga and I did because I fell in love with the 2019 version of the anime.

While people say the anime is loyal to the manga, I’m happy I gave these a chance because there’s scenes that didn’t make to the story that I find useful or details that would’ve made things more obvious (Kyo and Tohru romance. To many it’s lacking and out of blue while in the manga there’s details here and there that shows them growing close to become a couple).

We also get better moments and interactions like Aya x Yuki, Tohru x Kyo, Kyo x Kazuma. We also see a development of a friendship between Yuki and Kyo that was absent in the anime. Also, we get a better looking and understanding of the characters.

I’m so sad this is over.
