Realistically, I’d probably give this book a 3.5-3.8 stars. I love this series and I enjoy seeing the different aspects of characters and their growth. And I get that this installment was more for that character development than truly plot. But I live for drama and constant climatic plot so this was sort of dull. So I’m glad it was short at least. Sped through it no problem.
