Great story but there is obviously a lot of back story from the other two books and I wasn't really connected to the characters as much as someone who had read the other books would be. Went into a lot of detail about romance renewing with ex-husbands and ex-boyfriends and I skimmed all that - boring! But a fan of this series would have loved that.
When the story was focused on the crime though it was great. It was a different kind of crime and unloved all the small connections that came together perfectly in the end.
