Thank you to Good Girls PR and the author for the advanced copy. I am so happy I got one. This was a super fun and quick hockey/gamer romance that was a nice break in my reading to keep me from a slump. It follows Lydia, the director of Esports for her alma mater and Griffin, a 10 year veteran for the local NHL team. From the moment they meet (even though it's online playing an RPG), you can tell that they work as a couple and I really enjoyed it. I think they could have done without the fake dating bit that clearly only lasted about 5 pages, but it definitely didn't detract from the overall story.

This, my friends, is for those who want something quick and relatively unserious hockey romance to read. It's not super spicy, but there are a lot of moments that made me go "aww" throughout.
