Take a Hint, Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert
medium-paced
- Plot- or character-driven? A mix
- Strong character development? Yes
- Loveable characters? Yes
- Diverse cast of characters? Yes
- Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated
4.0
This was cute and I think Dani and Zaf worked well together has a couple. I loved the positive tone and discussions about mental health, especially among men.
I didn’t connect with the grand gesture at the end, I’m not entirely sure why.
I liked Dani as a character but I was a little over the “I don’t date” attitude. It also took too long imo to understand why she was so against dating. Obviously not dating a completely valid choice for someone to make, but like this is a romance. I want to read about people who want to date haha.
